3. Gift Cards & Usage
Our Ticket Cards are designed to offer flexibility and ease of access to attractions worldwide.
- Validity: All gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired cards cannot be reactivated or refunded.
- Transferability: The card is fully transferable and can be gifted to friends or family. It is not tied to a specific name until redeemed.
- Redemption: Cards can be redeemed online at checkout. The card balance will be applied to the total order value. Partial redemption is allowed; any remaining balance will be stored for future use.
4. Payment & Billing
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use it.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

- Physical Cards: Orders for physical cards can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Digital Codes: Once a digital code has been viewed or emailed, it is considered "delivered" and is generally non-refundable unless there is a technical error.
- Disputes: If you believe there is an error in billing, please contact our support team immediately.

Headout is a platform that connects users with third-party attraction providers. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of the attractions provided by third-party operators.
- Any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during an experience booked via our card.
- Lost or stolen physical cards. Please treat your card like cash.
